The New Machine Coming Back
On 20th, May, 2025, the new Machine-cutting tube machine coming back for us factory. The New Cutting tube machine can cutting kinds of aluminum tube or steel tube , for example: open the square holes on the aluminum tube or round holes on the aluminum tube for us ute tray and ute canopy , toolboxes of structure.
Usually, for us ute tray of headboard will use the 50*80mm square tube , the aluminum square tube of thickness from 3.0mm to 5.0mm , the new cutting machine-cutting tube machine can cutting so thickness of square tube, also can open the kinds of size of holes (round holes for the water tank cap or square holes for installing holes).
For the bed of ute tray, we will use the 50*80mm square tube on the both size of bed, on the side of square tube which some customers like to open some holes for installing somethings, usually we will open the 70*40mm rectangle holes on the two sides of bed tray.
For the ute canopy, we have some reinforce ribs on the top, bottom and four around of inside of ute canopy, we also can use the new cutting tube machine to open kinds of size of holes on the tube for the ute canopy.
